Our stay at this hotel was beyond luxurious. It fulfilled all of our exclusive needs, with exquisite room advantages and outstanding service. The spacious rooms were tastefully decorated and had a serene atmosphere, making us feel right at home. The spa and wellness centre were top-notch, with a wide range of services like massage and steam room. The indoor swimming pool was heated, perfect for a refreshing dip. The restaurant provided impressive in-room breakfast, snacks, and dinner, while the bar and lounge area offer sophisticated cocktails. We enjoyed our time at the Sun terrace, with sun loungers and a garden area. The location was ideal, close to entertainment and shopping centers.

The only minor issue was that the concierge was sometimes slow in responding to our queries. However, the staff made up for it with their courteous and attentive behavior.

Additionally, we appreciated the complementary breakfast and access to the executive lounge which provided a variety of warm options and drinks.

The unexpected and loud 7am wake-up call was also unpleasant, as it was not requested by us and interrupted our sleep. We hope this did not cause any issues for other guests who may have required the wake-up call.

Spent a lovely Christmas stay at this hotel. Loved the excellent service from the staff and the spacious and comfortable room. Was also pleased with the nice selection of food at the breakfast buffet and the convenient location near many restaurants and shops.

The view from the room could have been better and the room temperature was hard to regulate. the pool area could have been better maintained.
